A Vindaloo for the Globe

My name is Nathan Currier and I’ll travel the world for a great vindaloo curry. My experiences range from a vindaloo curry made at a beach shack in Goa (not very good) to trying to make make my own at home from scratch (not very good) to the best I’ve tasted so far. I am searching for better vindaloos everywhere I go.

If they have goat vindaloo, I’m ordering and eating it. If they don’t have goat but have lamb, then I’m eating lamb vindaloo. Otherwise, I’m eating beef vindaloo and still enjoying the curry. I don’t do pork (sorry), chicken, or shrimp vindaloo. And my curry is always ordered and eaten with vegetable biryani and naan when possible.
