If “Goa” is in your restaurant name you should do a mean vindaloo, right? While this offering looked right by colour, and consistency, it smelled right, but it’s what’s inside that really counts. And what was inside was a lot of potato and not a whole lot of lamb, and very little meat overall versus the curry itself. And I still wish the serving size was larger for the price. Shrinkflation is a symptom of a problem in today’s economy, but I have to grade a dish on a standard versus others. Taste was ok and the vibrancy was nice, but this dish failed on the tangibles.
